It's Destiny, bro....

My ER shifts start after tomorrow. The way I see it, there are two scenarios:

1. Amr walks in the ER. A nurse yells "where are you bleeding from?".
"Umm sorry I'm a student actually, my name is..."
"ya ya go to her she'll take care of you, now get out of my face"
"Hi my name is Amr.."
"Are you dying?"
"no but I'm.."
"Not my problem"
"Hi, is anyone here who ca..."
"HE'S GOT A GUN!!!!!!"
The person starts shooting, few people fall down and the floor tiles disappear under the bloody mess.
"You, can you stitch?"
"yes"
"Ok come here and stitch this dude's arm back together"
"...."
The man dies, and the second one dies. Amr manages to give a woman some aspirin for her headache and send her home. He goes back home feeling like absolute crap; the death toll was 11 patients, survivors none (the woman died on her way out from an aspirin overdose). He lays down on his bed and decides it's better to just grow his hair out, pick up his dusty guitar and live on the streets, living the street life, making friends and roaming the earth. One day someone will discover his frozen body stuck to an ATM machine. They'll carry him to the morgue and medical students will learn on his unidentified body. The End.

2.  Amr walks in the ER. A nurse yells
"where are you bleeding from?"
"Umm sorry I'm a student actually, my name is..."
"GET OUT"
Amr tries to argue with the nurse, however the slaps he receives convince him of leaving the hospital, hitching a cab in the 2 pm sun and going back home. He lays on his bed and goes to sleep. He wakes up and decides Medicine is not for him; getting slapped by a nurse? He can not live with the shame.  He decides it's better to grow his hair out, pick up his dusty guitar and live on the streets, living the street life, making friends and roaming the earth. One day someone will discover his frozen body stuck to an ATM machine. They'll carry him to the morgue and medical students will learn on his unidentified body. The End
